It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Réjean Laliberté, born December 16, 1949 and died October 24, 2024.
To pay tribute to him, the commemoration will take place on June 7, 2025 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Cemetery Forêt de la Seconde Vie.

La Forêt de la seconde vie is an ecoforestry cemetery; an alternative to traditional funeral homes that allows you to contribute to the creation of forests, in tribute to the memory of your loved ones and for the benefit of future generations.
A unique concept in Quebec
To date, we are the only site in Quebec with the necessary authorizations for the burial of ashes to have grafted a forest conservation servitude onto our project to ensure the preservation and protection of the forest in perpetuity.
Future generations
Our alternative funeral services allow you to pay homage to your deceased by dedicating their second life to the benefit of future generations. Forêt de la seconde vie 's reforestation initiative captures up to 175 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere every year.
