Nancy St-Hilaire Jussaume
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy St-Hilaire Jussaume,
on June 25, 2025.
Nancy leaves behind her beloved family, as well as many friends who will remember her as a generous, luminous, deeply loving woman with an infectious sense of humour that no one will forget. Her passing leaves a great emptiness in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
In accordance with his wishes and those of his family, his ashes will be scattered in our serene woodland, a place of peace and nature that reflects the gentleness and sensitivity of his soul. The scattering will take place on September 21 at 11 a.m.
The family warmly thanks all those who have expressed their support at this difficult time.

La Forêt de la seconde vie is an ecoforestry cemetery; an alternative to traditional funeral homes that allows you to contribute to the creation of forests, in tribute to the memory of your loved ones and for the benefit of future generations.
A unique concept in Quebec
To date, we are the only site in Quebec with the necessary authorizations for the burial of ashes to have grafted a forest conservation servitude onto our project to ensure the preservation and protection of the forest in perpetuity.

Our alternative funeral services allow you to pay tribute to your deceased by dedicating their second life to the benefit of future generations. The reforestation initiative initiative at Forêt de la seconde vie captures up to 175 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere every year.
