Ginette Taillon
On January 14, 2025, our mother's flame of life was extinguished at the age of 80. It was with great sorrow that we accompanied her to the end of her journey, marked by a courageous battle against a long lung disease and lung cancer.
Ginette leaves us with the memory of a determined, jovial woman, curious about everything, who met many challenges along the way with great resilience. Creative, a passionate lover of nature, music and painting, she admired the beauty of simple things. She shared with us her unique outlook on life.
Mom, your last days were hard on you. We thought we could support you with our presence, our attention and our care. In the end, it was your inner strength and love that carried us through. Shine on, dear Mother, now a beautiful star in the firmament.
(We have honoured Ginette's wishes to have this notice published a few weeks after her death. We have also respected her wish that her ashes be placed in a space filled with birds, flowers and beauty, in complete discretion).

A unique concept in Quebec
To date, we are the only site in Quebec with the necessary authorizations for the burial of ashes to have grafted a forest conservation servitude onto our project to ensure the preservation and protection of the forest in perpetuity.
Future generations
Our alternative funeral services allow you to pay tribute to your deceased by dedicating their second life to the benefit of future generations. The reforestation initiative initiative at Forêt de la seconde vie captures up to 175 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere every year.
